Digital Marketing Manager (Helsinki)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a permanent full-time position in our Helsinki office. This is the perfect opportunity for a data-oriented person to claim ownership of a well-funded fintech company’s digital marketing function and to disrupt the financial services market. The person will have the overall responsibility of managing and developing Invesdor’s digital marketing channels and will co-operate closely with Invesdor’s two-person in-house marketing team as well as sales and IT functions and retained agencies.


Responsibilities
• You have responsibility over all digital marketing activities across Invesdor’s target markets in all digital channels from social to email, search and paid media
• You work closely with our Head of Marketing to create and execute a powerful content strategy
• You plan and set up, execute and optimize all our digital campaigns towards the target KPIs for both Invesdor and our clients.

Requirements
• Min 2 years of experience from email marketing / CRM, search and paid display
• Experience with programmatic media buying and marketing automation tools, eg Adform and Hubspot or similar, is a must
• Google Analytics is your second home
• Familiarity with Google Adwords and Facebook Business Manager
• Comfortability with data and passion for data-driven marketing
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast-moving environment
• Ability to work independently and to take responsibility
• Willingness to learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company
• Fluency in English is required. Finnish and Swedish are a plus
• B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in relevant area required

Invesdor, Sales Director Sweden (Stockholm)

We are looking for a Sales Director for a permanent full-time position to start and build our team in Stockholm. This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial person, who is ready to claim ownership of the entire sales function in Sweden and disrupt the market for digital finance. The person will have the overall responsibility for the Swedish B2B sales and report to the Group Head of Sales.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the B2B sales in Sweden
• Screen and select good quality companies and sight them to use Invesdor services (inbound and outbound)
• Direct sales responsibility for Sweden sales
• With time building an efficient and successful team in Sweden/Stockholm
• Sharing the best sales practices and improving the sales processes
• Building partnerships in Sweden

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, sales or similar from B2B sector
• Proven successful sales record from B2B sales
• Sales experience from the finance sector 
• Efficient user of CRM
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast-moving environment
• Ability to work independently and to take responsibility
• Willingness to learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company
• Working language is English, and fluency is Swedish is a requirement
• B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in relevant area required
