Context
Invesdor is a fintech company that operates an online investment platform connecting ambitious European growth companies with investors worldwide. Since its founding in 2012, Invesdor has helped 100+ companies a total of ~50 million euros. Invesdor's clients include private and publicly traded companies from Finland, Sweden, the UK, Norway and Denmark as well as investors from more than 70 countries.
 
Recently Invesdor has opened up a branch in Stockholm. To support its brand and awareness building in Sweden as well as marketing of its Swedish clients' funding rounds on the platform, Invesdor needs native Swedish-speaking help for its marketing.

What we need
A sharp-penned freelance copywriter who is in tune with the startup/scaleup company scene in Stockholm and speaks and writes fluent Swedish. Tasks include:
  • Translate press releases, presentations and other marketing materials from English to Swedish
  • Contribute to the planning of blogs and downloadable content
  • Write blogs and downloadable articles

Software developer (Helsinki, Finland) 

We are growing fast and now need to increase our team of best-in-class engineers located in Central Helsinki. Our ideal candidate is a team player, but has the initiative to take on projects independently. You are receptive to feedback and an open collaborator who prioritizes the success of the team. You are constantly learning, and using new tools and technology to broaden your skill set as a developer. You care deeply about user experience, and refuse to ship a product that is mediocre for our users.

As an experienced software developer, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions using the latest tools and technologies.

You’ll get to actively participate in product decisions, ensuring we set reasonable development deadlines and create quality user experiences. We are a fairly small team and you can definitely leave your mark on our product.

You might or might not have a computer science degree; more important is that you are an established professional. You have experience with several different technologies and are equally familiar with both front end and back end. If you have worked with Rails and/or React we definitely want to hear from you. Interest in usability design is a huge bonus.

Deal Flow Manager Sweden (Stockholm)

We are helping extraordinary companies to reach their dreams by collecting investments from individuals and companies.

We are now looking for an energetic Deal Flow Manager for a permanent full-time position to build our team in Stockholm. This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial person who is eager to claim ownership of the entire Deal Flow function in Sweden and disrupt the market for digital finance. If you join us, you can have the responsibility for the Swedish deal flow (both inbound and outbound) and report to the Vice President, Deal Flow, currently based in Helsinki.

Your responsibility will be to screen and select good quality companies and sign them to use Invesdor crowdfunding services. We would expect you to share best sales practices and improve our sales processes as well as build partnerships in Sweden.

In order to succeed in this role you should:

Be able to work independently and take responsibility. The Swedish operations are still very small so we need someone who doesn’t need constant guidance or supervision
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking or similar from B2B sector
  • Have a sales oriented approach towards customers
  • Be fluent in English and Swedish
  • Have a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in relevant area


It would also be useful if you are:
  • An efficient user of CRM
  • Able to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast-moving environment
  • Willing to continuously learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company
  • Are ambitious by nature and excited at the opportunity of directly impacting company growth
