Sales Director

We are looking for a Sales Director for a permanent full-time position to our growing and efficient team based in Autotalo in Kamppi, Helsinki. We will fill the position as soon as the right candidate is found. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person, who is ready to claim ownership of the entire sales function in Finland/overall. The person will have the overall responsibility for the group B2B sales and s/he will be part of the Invesdor Management Team. This role will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the group B2B sales
  • Screen and select good quality companies and sight them to use Invesdor services (inbound and outbound)
  • Direct sales responsibility for Finland sales
  • Leading a team of 3-4 Country Managers in the Nordics and the UK
  • Sharing the best sales practices and improving the sales processes
  • Training the team to new and improved sales techniques

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in international sales from B2B sector
  • Proven successful sales record from B2B sales
  • Previous experience from leading a sales team
  • Sales experience from the finance sector is regarded as a benefit but not as a must
  • Efficient user of Hubspot CRM
  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and to take responsibility
  • Willingness to learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company
  • Working language is English, Swedish and Finnish are regarded as an advantage
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in relevant area required

Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager for a permanent full-time position to our growing and efficient team based in Autotalo (Kamppi) Helsinki. We will fill the position as soon as the right candidate is found. We are looking for an entrepreneurial person, who is ready to claim ownership of the projects. The person will work closely both with the CEO and the CTO. Programming experience is a great bonus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of the project management work with many open projects
  • To work as a filter between our business units and the development team
  • To act as a buyer of outsourced development capacity
  • To gather business development improvements and needs from the operational team
  • To prioritise the work and allocate it to our internal and external teams
  • To receive and plan new development needs
  • To negotiate to buy outsourced development projects or tasks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management/web development
  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and to take responsibility
  • Willingness to learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company
  • Working language is English, but this position benefits of spoken Finnish
  • Relevant studies in the field required
  • Tech stack wish list (not a requirement but a wish):
