We currently have the following open positions:

Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager for our small and efficient operational team based in Kamppi (Autotalo) in Helsinki, Finland. We work with companies at different life-cycle stages from startups to pre-IPO and IPO offerings. You will be supporting companies in every step of the fundraising process. You will work closely with the Management and Legal Teams of the company to ensure the best service to our client companies. You will follow our clients in the preparation and execution of their funding round from organizing the investment material throughout the execution of the campaign.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person, who is ready to claim ownership of the projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Account Management of key clients

  • Understanding the key client needs and requirements

  • Ensuring that the service is delivered to the clients in a timely manner

  • Serving as the communication link between the client and internal teams

  • Generating new sales opportunities into long-lasting relationships

  • Support of our client companies in the preparation and execution of the funding round

  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with the client companies

  • Support the legal team during the due diligence process

  • Sales activities during the funding round and follow-up  


  • 1-2 years working experience in Sales / Account Management roles preferably in an international environment

  • 1-2 years working experience in an investment bank, consulting or fintech startup would be regarded beneficial

  • Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

  • Ability to solve client problems and negotiate efficiently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast moving environment.

  • Ability to work independently and to take responsibility.

  • Willingness to learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company.

  • Working language is English, but this position benefits of spoken Nordic languages
