Client Management Team Lead (Helsinki)

We are looking for Client Management Team Leader for a permanent position for our small and efficient Client Management Team based in Kamppi (Autotalo) in Helsinki, Finland. The Client Management Team works as a part of the Deal Flow Team and you as a team lead will report directly to the VP, Deal Flow and Clients. The team currently has two members who you will be managing. We work with companies at different life-cycle stages from startups to pre-IPO and IPO offerings. You will be a hands-on project management lead in the team. You will support companies and be the first point of contact to client companies in every step of the fundraising process from preparation of the funding round to the successful closure of the campaign. Client Management is a central project management function in Invesdor, working closely with the Marketing and Legal teams to ensure the best service and fundraising success to our client companies.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial person, who is ready to claim ownership of this function. This function requires a hands-on operational project work and leadership of the team of 2 people. Works begins as soon as a suitable person is found. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ownership and development of our Client Management function
  • Client Project management of key clients
  • Team leadership of 2 people
  • Understanding the key client needs and requirements when it comes to fundraising
  • Ensuring that the service is delivered to the clients in a timely manner
  • Serving as the communication link between the client and internal teams
  • Generating new sales opportunities into long-lasting relationships
  • Support of our client companies in the preparation and execution of the funding round
  • Helping to build and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and the rest of the team
  • Supporting Invesdor’s legal team during the due diligence process
  • Supporting Invesdor’s marketing function during the funding round
  • Sales activities during the funding round and follow-up  


  • 3-4 years working experience in project management and/or investment banking and/or financial due diligence preferably in an international environment
  • The ideal candidate has experience in project management, team leadership, fundraising and/or financial due diligence
  • Working experience from professional or management consulting, accountancy firms, investment banks or fintech startups and in sales would be regarded beneficial
  • Ability to work as a team leader / in a supervisory role and helping your team realise key KPIs and business goals
  • Ability to solve client problems and negotiate efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to work independently and to take responsibility
  • Willingness to learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company
  • Working language is Finnish and English, knowledge of other Nordic languages is seen as beneficial

Deal Flow Manager Sweden (Stockholm)

We are helping extraordinary companies to reach their dreams by collecting investments from individuals and companies.

We are now looking for an energetic Deal Flow Manager for a permanent full-time position to build our team in Stockholm. This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial person who is eager to claim ownership of the entire Deal Flow function in Sweden and disrupt the market for digital finance. If you join us, you can have the responsibility for the Swedish deal flow (both inbound and outbound) and report to the Vice President, Deal Flow, currently based in Helsinki.

Your responsibility will be to screen and select good quality companies and sign them to use Invesdor crowdfunding services. We would expect you to share best sales practices and improve our sales processes as well as build partnerships in Sweden.

In order to succeed in this role you should:

Be able to work independently and take responsibility. The Swedish operations are still very small so we need someone who doesn’t need constant guidance or supervision
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in finance, investment banking or similar from B2B sector
  • Have a sales oriented approach towards customers
  • Be fluent in English and Swedish
  • Have a B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in relevant area
It would also be useful if you are:
  • An efficient user of CRM
  • Able to work flexibly in a dynamic, challenging and fast-moving environment
  • Willing to continuously learn and actively contribute to the growth of the company
